• You are responsible for maintaining your account security
• You must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access

Your data

• You own all data you upload to the ERP system
• We use your data only to provide and improve the service

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• These terms are violated
• Required by law
• Payment obligations are not met

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Governing law
